"There's no I in team, but there is a go in goals."

Many times, we assume that just because a group of individuals share the same last name or the same address, they automatically share the same goals. But the thing about individuals is that they are...well...individuals.

This is fairly easy with say, a sports team. In this setting, everyone knows their role, and what it is the team is trying to accomplish. Can you say the same for your family?

What if we started making a point within our families to establish a set of goals? You know, make sure all the individuals in the group are on the same page and moving in the same direction.

And what better time than now, when we have more family time than we ever thought we would?

Take a look at the following article on family goal setting made easy:

This process unites the family in a common mission, teaches the kids goal setting, and gives them a sense of ownership in the family. All excellent benefits.

And, as I said, it is not like you do not have the time.

Think about it.
